Wrestler PAC dies at 40 after competing at AEW All Out

Benjamin Satterley, known to wrestling fans as PAC and Neville, died in Illinois a day after his pay-per-view match.

Professional wrestler PAC died on Sunday, Sept. 27, 2026, at the age of 40, All Elite Wrestling announced.

The English wrestler, whose real name was Benjamin Satterley, was found passed out in a vehicle in the parking lot of a CAVA restaurant. He was later pronounced dead in Illinois at 4:08 on Sunday. Authorities reported that no foul play was suspected, though officials have not confirmed his cause of death.

Satterley’s death came just hours after he competed on Saturday at the AEW All Out pay-per-view event in Chicago, where he faced Andrade El Idolo for the AEW National Championship.

A native of Newcastle, United Kingdom, Satterley previously competed in WWE under the ring name Neville, where he held the NXT Championship. In AEW, where he had performed since the promotion started in 2019, he became a Trios Champion.

Wrestlers across both AEW and WWE shared tributes following the announcement. Ahead of Monday’s Ring of Honor tapings in Jacksonville, AEW president Tony Khan led a 10-bell salute in his honor and announced that Wednesday’s episode of AEW Dynamite will be a tribute broadcast for Satterley.
