A Nigerian guy living in the UK was devastated to learn that his girlfriend, with whom he had plans to start a family, had a child with her ex-boyfriend.
The man, who went by the name Pascal, recounted his painful story on Twitter. He claimed that after returning from the UK with the intention of proposing to his fiancée unexpectedly, he experienced the shock of his life.

Upon his return, he discovered that his girlfriend had welcomed a child with her ex-lover within one year that he was away. She had kept it a secret from him until he returned to Nigeria.
Sharing the incident that he claimed changed his life forever, he wrote,

“I came back from the UK ???????? to propose to my girlfriend, only to find out that she had already had a child with her ex within a year. I have our chat on my phone.
She kept it a secret from me until I came back to Nigeria. On that fateful day, I called her so we could have a heart-to-heart discussion, and she broke the news to me. My life changed from that day, December 18th, 2022. The child was born on my birthday, May 12th.”
