His entertainment career began when he was just 16 years old. He landed a role on the popular television series “Happy Days” as Fonzie’s cousin, Chachi Arcola. Baio quickly became a fan favorite, and his character was given a spin-off series, “Joanie Loves Chachi,” which ran for two seasons from 1982 to 1983.
In addition to his work on “Happy Days” and “Joanie Loves Chachi,” he also appeared in several other television shows and films during the 1980s. He had a recurring role on the television series “Charles in Charge,” which aired from 1984 to 1990, and starred in several films, including “Zapped!” (1982) and “Foxes” (1980).

The Los Angeles Daily News is recorded to have reported that, the actor had placed his mansion in Woodland Hills in California on sale for $3.45million.
The description of the mansion goes; “6,312-square-foot Mediterranean style has five bedrooms, five bathrooms and a new French country-style kitchen.”
