She initially got vanished on Friday, 28th April 2023 but the report of her missing was lodged on Sunday. During the investigation, the police find the role of her husband behind her sudden disappearance.
Aminan Rahman the husband of Suma Begum is accused of disposing of the dead body of his wife. He was charged with the murder of Begum on Friday, 5th May 2023. In further addition to this, the body of Begum was found on the Thames after a call from a member of the public. The police found her dead body on Wednesday at around 10:00 BST. After that, cops were looking actively in order to find her and on Wednesday, 4th May 2023, the dead body of the missing woman was discovered. The police turned the missing case into a murder case and also reported that the family of Begum has been informed regarding the news.
Suma Begum’s husband aminan rahman arrested
Aminan Rahman, the 45-year-old husband of Suma Begum. He was detained on the 4th of May 2023 and faced the charges of the murder and comes up at the Old Bailey for a preliminary hearing. The husband of Suma was assisted by a Bengali interpreter and spoke only to assert his identity. In further addition to this, Judge Nigel Lickley KC set a plea hearing for 25th July 2023.
