Current owner of that space station is Jeff Bullis. According to ABCNews.com, they reported that Jeff Bullis calls for sale the old Jamesburg Earth Station in Cachagua Valley.

Jamesburg Earth Station is surrounding with 160 acres which comes with a 20,000 square-foot building having three-bedroom, a helipad and 10-story satellite dish antenna. The location of this earth station is on southeast of Monterey.
