And this time it starts with their only daughter Suri who is now only 6 year-old. Now their lawyer try to make an agreement about their daughter that with whom she lives?
According to People reports, Tom doesn’t want any family dragged and both of them love their daughter too much. So each of them wants Suri will stay with me(Tom/Katie). Now this issue turns to the crucial moment to decide the right decision and until this end, their lawyers can’t close their files properly. 
Though it is Katie Holmes who first planned for divorce at first and today their daughter facing such an unbearable issue at the early age. But now she has nothing to do without crying.
Now Katie filed for sole legal custody and want to bring Suri with her at his New York City apartment. But currently Tom stay in Los Angeles and his other properties are in Manhattan. So its so tough for the judge to decide with whom Suri will live.
