Domino’s Pizza has just launched a brand new handmade pan pizza, pizza that is handmade from never-frozen dough and during the launch, they will be offering medium two-topping Handmade Pan Pizzas for $7.99 each. The reason for the new product is simple and it was best put into words by Patrick Doyle, Dominos Pizza president. He said that,

“There is a standard out there for pan pizza that we realized could be better.”

Domino’s new product is now available in all of their nearly 5000 stores in U.S. and they are ready to put their competitors to the test.

“The reason most people buy a pan pizza is for the crust, and that key component should be fresh, never frozen. But what we think ultimately doesn’t matter; I’d encourage customers to taste for themselves.”

Not only has the new Domino’s handmade pizza a crispy golden crust with a great buttery taste, but it also comes with two layers of cheese as well as toppings to the edge.

Domino’s, a recognized world leader in pizza delivery, in 2011 was named “Chain of the Year” by Pizza Today for the second year in a row. As for the new product, they are eager to see what their customers think about it.

“The proof is in the tasting with this one, and we can’t wait for our fans and customers to give our new Handmade Pan Pizza a try,”

said Doyle.
