Kate and William Announce the Arrival of Their Baby Girl!!!
Prince William and Princess Kate are celebrating the birth of a bouncing baby princess yesterday. At St. Mary’s Hospital in London, the little princess, a sister for their 21-month-old son Prince George, was born just hours after Princess Kate arrived at the private Lindo Wing.
The baby weighed in at a healthy 8 lbs., 3oz, according to the source report. In a royal first, Kensington Palace broke the news on Twitter, saying:
“Her Royal Highness, The Duchess of Cambridge was safely delivered of a daughter at 8.34 a.m. Her Royal Highness and her child are both doing well.”

While the baby’s name will be revealed “in due course,” the palace said, she will be given the title Her Royal Highness, Princess of Cambridge.
Prince William was by Kate’s side as she was whisked to hospital just before dawn at 6 a.m. – and was present at the birth, it was confirmed.
